hm99 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and hm99 ("hm99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://hm99.cam and all associated services, features and content provided therein.

hm99 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform serving users in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. By accessing the Platform, registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — The hm99 website at https://hm99.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile versions and services.
• "Account" — The individual registered user profile created by a User on the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" — Any individual who accesses, registers with or uses the Platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free bets, free spins or matched deposit amounts offered by hm99 subject to promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures requiring identity document submission prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — Any country, region or territory where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
• "Operator" — The company or entity administering gambling services on the Platform, as identified in the Platform's licensing disclosure.

03 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account and use hm99's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or proxy for another person.
• You have not previously been excluded from gambling services by self-exclusion, operator enforcement or regulatory action.
• All information provided during registration — including name, date of birth, address and payment details — is accurate, current and complete.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are possible.

hm99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

04 Account Management & Security

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Creation of duplicate, multiple or affiliated Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. hm99 will not be liable for any losses, damages or liabilities arising from unauthorised Account access where credential sharing has occurred.

In the event you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify hm99 support immediately via the contact email provided. hm99 may temporarily freeze your Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

Account verification (KYC) will be required before processing any withdrawal request. You must provide valid government-issued identification — such as a Pakistani CNIC or valid passport — and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. hm99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

05 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on hm99 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or such other currency as may be supported by the Operator at the relevant time. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier section.

Payment methods available on the Platform are determined by the Operator and are subject to change without prior notice. Familiar Pakistani payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced here as contextual examples only. hm99 makes no representation that these providers currently support, endorse or facilitate gambling transactions. Users must verify available payment methods directly in the live cashier.

• All deposit funds are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt by the Operator.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC completion and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus funds.
• Processing timelines for withdrawals are determined by the Operator and the selected payment method. No guaranteed processing times are stated in these Terms.
• hm99 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which hm99 has no control.
• Funds deposited into your Account are held for gambling purposes only and are not interest-bearing.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

hm99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions that supplement — and in the event of conflict, supersede — these general Terms with respect to the specific promotion.

The following general principles apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal eligibility is established. Wagering requirements are stated per individual promotion and are provided as illustrative examples (e.g., 30× on a PKR 1,000 bonus = PKR 30,000 in total wagers required).
• Maximum Stake During Bonus: A per-bet or per-spin maximum stake applies while a bonus is active. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slots may contribute 100% while table games contribute a lower percentage. Check individual promotion terms for game contribution rates.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the period specified in the relevant promotional terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-out: Winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to a maximum cash-out limit per offer.
• Minimum Deposit: A qualifying minimum deposit is typically required to activate a welcome or deposit-match bonus.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted by the applicable promotional terms.

hm99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses credited erroneously must be returned. Attempts to abuse bonus structures, including multi-accounting, matched betting with intent to exploit, or use of prohibited software, will result in Account termination and forfeiture.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game rounds are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, event and game type as published on the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, the Operator's ruling is final.

• Bets accepted and confirmed by the Platform are binding and cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation, except where expressly provided in the specific game or market rules.
• The Platform displays odds in decimal format. The payout for a winning bet is calculated as: Stake × Decimal Odds. Odds are subject to change until a bet is placed and confirmed.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or data feed failure that results in an incorrect price being offered, hm99 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the stake.
• Live betting markets on events such as PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football leagues and UFC bouts are subject to suspension or cancellation based on real-time event data. Voided live bets are refunded to account balance.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by the game engine provided by the relevant technology partner. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are as published by each game studio and are theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed outcomes per session.

08 Responsible Gambling Obligations

hm99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. By using the Platform, you acknowledge the following obligations and rights:

• You may set deposit limits, loss limits and session time limits on your Account at any time through account settings.
• Self-exclusion is available for periods of 6 months, 12 months, 5 years or permanently. During an active self-exclusion, your Account will be closed and promotional contact will cease.
• Gambling is for entertainment purposes only. hm99 does not represent gambling as a reliable source of income or a means of financial recovery.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any unsanctioned manner.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes, exploit bonus structures or engage in chip-dumping on poker or table game products.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate financial crimes.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy or any other circumvention technology.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or mathematical loopholes in games or promotions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward Platform staff or other users.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hm99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of hm99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from hm99.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hm99, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, payment failures or game malfunctions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the User has failed to maintain credential security.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, which are the sole responsibility of the User.
• Content accuracy errors, odds display issues or delays in market settlement.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by hm99's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction

Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legality of online gambling in Pakistan depends on applicable federal and provincial law and the specific nature of the activity in question. This document does not constitute legal advice, and nothing herein should be interpreted as such.

Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations and ordinances. hm99 is not licensed by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law applicable to the User.

13 Amendments to These Terms

hm99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
